Our mentoring programs focus on short and long-term change that allow young moms and dads to be present in their children’s lives and give them the support they need. We realize this mission in 3 current mentoring programs, ParentChild+, Be-Loved, and 365Dad.
ParentChild+
Mission Amarillo is part of a nationwide network of ParentChild+ sites stepping in with early intervention to ensure under-resourced families can prepare their children to start school on equal footing with more privelaged families.
Be-Loved
Be Loved is a faith-based ministry that builds holistic relationships to transform families, impact generations, and communities. No matter what we are doing, our goal is to see our teen/young moms in the Amarillo area move from surviving to thriving!
365Dad
365 Dad is a faith based, holistic mentoring program for dads 35 and younger. Our goal is to help dads understand who they are, what their values are, what issues they face, and how those issues can effect their fatherhood. Once dads have a grasp on these core issues, they can become the type of father they always wanted to be, and more importantly, the type of father their children need.
